Australian cricketer Pat Cummins, who is now playing for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League, attempted Pav Bhaji interestingly in the wake of requesting supper proposals in Mumbai on Twitter.
In a tweet, he asked his fans and devotees for neighbourhood dishes to attempt in Mumbai.
The Australian Test skipper then chose to attempt Pav Bhaji among different choices like Vada Pav, Misal Pav, etc. Cummins also posted a photograph of Pav Bhaji he relished in the Maximum city.
“Goodness, I’ve been coming to India for a long time how had I never attempted it!?! Flavorful,” he composed following his supper.
As an inexpensive food in Mumbai and different pieces of Maharashtra, Pav Bhaji comprises a vegetable curry or bhaji cooked in tomato sauce and presented with delicate, hot buns or pav.
How could it be made?
Bhaji is settled on a decision of vegetables, including potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots, and onions. It is mixed with bhaji masala, which is significantly blazing and spicier than your normal talk masala. It is then presented with soft, rich buns.
