New Ross was a bustling place last Saturday when a sum of 33 pipe bands slipped on the recreation area for the All – Ireland Pipe Band Championships. The All-Ireland Pipe Band Championships is a yearly occasion which shifts back and forth between the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
