Frenkie de Jong alludes to Barcelona disappointment and makes sense of Chelsea and Man Utd snub

Frenkie de Jong has implied his relationship with Barcelona is not exactly great, yet he is adamant he never needed to leave the club during a turbulent summer that saw him connected with Manchester Joined and Chelsea.

The Catalan monsters, desperate to recover a portion of the cash they spent during an aggressive enrollment drive, successfully handed De Jong a final proposal to leave or accept a significant decrease in salary.

Joined together, managed by De Jong’s previous coach at Ajax, Erik ten Witch, postponed a £72million bid for the 25-year-old, yet De Jong was hesitant to move to Old Trafford by their nonappearance from the Bosses Association.

Chelsea, in the meantime, detected an open door themselves yet couldn’t persuade the Netherlands worldwide to concede to Todd Boehly’s reconstructing project at Stamford Extension.

At last, De Jong ended up remaining at Barcelona. Even though he has highlighted routinely this season, he is certainly not a reliable starter on Xavi’s side and conceded he is far from being happy with having a piece impact job.

Talking in front of this evening’s Countries Association game against Poland, he said: ‘I played eight games this season from which I began four games.

‘In the greatest game, against Bayern Munich, I came on as a sub, yet I need to play all along. I need to ensure that I recuperate my beginning spot.’

At the level of the hypothesis over his future, Barcelona successfully drove a slanderous attack against De Jong following his refusal to accept a decrease in salary, which prompted his fans to boo him.

Pushed on whether he at any point considered moving to the Chief Association, in the meantime, he added: ‘I previously decided in May that I needed to remain at Barcelona, and I never changed this decision.

‘There are such countless projects and papers which make things up. See, a ton has occurred, and yes, things were a little pained, yet my own decision was obvious all along.’

Talking at a public interview prior, De Jong conceded that his absence of playing time this season has adversely influenced his wellness heading into November’s Reality Cup and again indicated the hardships the vulnerability of the mid-year provided.

‘At the point when I play less, I truly do see it,’ he said. ‘Not exactly as far as the specialized angle since you know how to play football, yet more so in the actual viewpoint.
