Leeds United safeguard Stuart Dallas will have a medical procedure on the wrecked leg he experienced in Saturday’s 4-0 Premier League rout by Manchester City.
Leeds said Dallas, 31, experienced a femoral break and is set for “an extended period down and out”.
The Northern Ireland worldwide was harmed in a test with Jack Grealish late in the main half and left the pitch on a cot.
He spent Saturday night in the clinic and will venture out to London for the medical procedure.
“It is difficult to express exactly how significant Stuart is to Leeds United on also off the field,” the club said.
